* Confirmation of sastifying security and order conditions issed by the Police of Ho Chi Minh City.

* Charter capital: VND 2,000,000,000 (Five billion dongs).

* Deposit capital: VND 2,000,000,000 (Two billion dongs) at the Bank in accordance with Decree No. 52/2008/ND-CP and Circular No. 45/2009/TT-BCA on management of security service business.

* The Company has purchased the Civil liability insurance of VND 10,000,000,000 (Three billion dongs) at Bao Viet Insurance Company.

* The security staff team is professionally trained by:

- Ho Chi Minh University of Security & Dong Nai Police train and issue the certificate of security profession.

- Ho Chi Minh Police trains and issue the Firefighting Certificate.

- Male: From 18 ÷ 40 years old, height of 1.67m, weight of 55kg (or more).

- Female: From 18 ÷ 35 years old, height of 1,56m, weight of 48kg (or more).

They must have a clear history of no previous conviction, previous offence record, have good ethics and basic knowledge and good health.
